Cody
Bates Our Ranch Manager here at Wichita Falls, TX and our right
hands on the Ranches here in TX. Cody is responsible for the
day to day operations. Takes care of our saddle sales and
horse sales. He is responsible of duties from record keeping
to training of colts to ride. If you need to reach Cody please

Traci
Roy rides and trains for 4P's Ranch and is based at our
Wichita Falls location. Her experience with horses has been a
great assett to the 4P's Training Program she is gentle and kind and
does great with ground work on our young horses and riding horses.
Mary
Webb rides/trains, helps our mares during foaling, gives
vaccinations, gives care to any horse that my need it under the
veterinarians directions. Her experience-- Cutting horse
training, Barrel racing, 60+ years she's been riding since she's
been old enough to sit on a horse.

Jack Grimmett, of Oxford, AR
is a Model
Horse Trainer and have taken our foals and yearlings to World Grand
Championships and to the World Grand
Championships. Jack's stallion Playboy's County
Boy is helping produce color from Boss Man Mares ranging in color
from Palomino, Red Line Back Dunn's, to Grullo.
Billy
Ray McCalip of Iowa Park, TX and is our Ranch Horse
rider/trainer and has taken our horses to the next levels of
excellence in the versatility arena. Billy Ray is a Cutting
Horse Trainer / Ranch Horse trainer.
Wade
and Patty Hightower of Hartville, MO (Patty not pictured)
are one pair of our Model Horse Trainers and has taken our horses to
the Grand Champions and World Grand Championships
Steve and Carol Atkisson of Grovesprings, MO.
Steve Trains trail horses for 4P's and for a time stood our Stallion Boss' Midnight Cash and
took him in the show ring to the
Peak of the Model Horse World titles with a breaking of a 51 year
record. With 3 times and to the World Grand
Championships 4 times to the Grand Championships. Steve has
also taken our a 3 year to World Grand Championship in Versatility
Arena and several of our horses to the Grand Championships. Steve also rides our horses in the
versatility competitions and has won several Grand Championships on "Cash's"
offspring. Steve Trains for Versatility and starts most of our
colts. We use his methods to train our colts.
Traci
Roy of Wichita Falls, TX brings over 25 years of experience
to the ranch. She has been giving private riding lessons over
the past 10 years, has experience in western pleasure showmanship,
barrel racing, and is very enthusiastic about the Missouri Fox
Trotting horse breed. Traci is an expert in helping to find
the right horse for the right person.
Charles
Lindsay & Dawn Young-Lindsay - Charles is currently riding trail horses and is responsible
for our Stallion - Boss's Midnight Cash. Charles rides
Cash on a regular basis to keep him in shape and collects him for
any cool ship semen orders that are booked. If you need any

Bill
Sanders of Gainsville, MO is my daily consultant.
Bill is a Hall of Fame Inductee, a Trainer, Buyer, and Seller
Bill Sander's sadly passed away on April 29, 2012. His
experience and past feedback will continue in our horse endevors.
Rest in peace dear friend.
William "Bill' Sanders
(November 13, 1935 - April 29, 2012)
WILLIAM DALE “BILL” SANDERS William Dale “Bill” Sanders, 76, of
Gainesville, MO passed to heaven on April 29, 2012 at the Baxter
Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, AR. He was born on
November 13, 1935 in Souder, MO, the son of Dale and Thelma
(Graham) Sanders.
Bill attended school in the old Faye schoolhouse, south of
Gainesville. At 16 years old he set out for Kansas City, MO to
begin working. On July 24, 1954, Bill was united in marriage to
Maxine Batesel in Kansas City, MO and to this union three
daughters were born. Bill continued to work in Kansas City, but
the couple moved back to Gainesville in 1962 to raise their
family. For the next three decades, Bill would make the weekly
trip from Gainesville to Kansas City and back. He retired from
Sunshine Biscuits in 1988. For the next twenty plus years Bill
continued his passion, working with horses. He has owned,
trained, and managed countless numbers of horses through the
years, and to the amazement of those around him, could tell you
details about each horse. He was inducted into the Missouri Fox
Trotter Hall of Fame in September of 2000.
On March 29, 2008, Bill married Regina (Denton) at his home
south of Gainesville.
Bill is survived by his wife, Regina, of the home; two
daughters, Linda Wooten and husband Gale of West Plains, MO and
Leila Steele and husband Jason of Tontitown, AR; four
grandchildren, Melisa Howard, Nathan Connelly, Seth Connelly and
Breanna Creech; one great grandson, Mack Howard; one sister Joy
Johnston of Caulfield, MO; two step children Scott Denton and
wife Lori of Caulfield, MO and Penny Collins and husband Tim of
Gainesville, MO; ten step grandchildren, Chris and Michael
Wooten, Remington, Cameron and Bronson Steele, Gunner and Karson
Collins, Cole, Chase and Kendall Denton ; and several nieces,
nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dale and Thelma
Sanders; his first wife, Maxine; one daughter, Carolyn June
Sanders; and one sister, Phyllis Pauline Sanders.
Funeral services for Bill will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May
4, 2012 at the Lilly Ridge General Baptist Church in
Gainesville, MO with Mark Ragsdale, Marcus Ragsdale, Jimmy Kyle,
and Gale Wooten officiating. Visitation will be Thursday
evening, May 3rd from 5-7 p.m. at Clinkingbeard Funeral Home,
Gainesville,MO. Burial will be in the Lilly Ridge Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to Lilly Ridge Cemetery or
Gideons and be left at the funeral home.
